BIOGRAFY:
Rocco Tano, stage name Rocco Siffredi, was born in Ortona Mare in Italy on the 4 of May 1964.
At 16 years old, he enlists as a volunteer for the Navy and leave it in the 1982 to go in Paris to his brother Giorgio. He prepares hisself to go into the hard world (which liked it during long time) while helps his brother in the restaurant.
In the 1985 he meet, in a red-light club, Gabriel Pontello, famous hard actor of the '80 years. They know each other, they take an immediate liking to each other and so, Pontello opens to Rocco the hard doors. Starting with the photos for hard magazines and after introducing him to the productor Marc Dorcel and the director Michel Ricaud. So, Rocco makes his first screen-test with a good end. He is so entusiatic that he decide to continue for this road.
But, unfortunately he leaves the set because he follows in love with a beautiful English model, Tina, and he goes on as model. So Rocco become a famous model in London for the Gawin's agency. He betters his English and his gestures becoming more and more a refined man. After two years, the love for Tina ends and Rocco is not pleased of his life. After a call of Teresa Orlowsky, a famous doic porno star, he decides to continue with the hard.
"Fantastica Moana" of Carlo Reale is his first Italian movie, but he is decided to go on serious and in the 1990 he leave for Los Angeles and he goes to the Jim South agency. He meets the director John Leslie, who he saw a lot of years before in Rome and John Leslie gives to Rocco an important part in the movie "Curse of the Catwoman". The movie has a success. So, for Rocco starts his success.
In the 1991 in Las Vegas Rocco receives his first Awards of the A.V.N. for the Stagliano's movie "Buttman's Workout" as The Best Hard Actor for Sex Scenes.
Other movies "House of Dreams" and "Secrets".
Rocco comes back in Italy, to go on and grow his success. He shoots in Rome with Alex Perry "Wild Attraction" , then Gran Prix of Australia of Alex Perry and Molitor, he gives to Rocco the lead in the movie "Dr. Rocco Mr.Sodo" the
remake of Dr. Jekyll.
Other movies "Portrait Passion" (Julian Dary). "Ejacula" of Max Bellocchio.
John Leslie calls Rocco again in Usa to give him the most important part of his career for the movie "Chamaleons".
At the start of 1992 Rocco is on the top of his career and in Las Vegas he receives: number 3 AVN. So he is a star and he directs to the Hot D'Or in Cannes that he wins in the same year with the movie "The Adventures of Mikki Finn", of Jack Remy, as The Best Stranger Actor.
In the 1993 he wins in Las Vegas with the AVN's Awards as Male Performer of the Year principally for the movies "Face Dance I and II" and "Chamaleons".
It's very important to undersign that this award has been established for Rocco for all his interpretations that he made during the years and not only for a movie.
Always in the 1993, in May he receives in Cannes the Hot D'Or as the Best European Actor for the movie " Portrait Passion" of Molitor.
In these last three years Rocco has worked like productor and director and in the 1995 he won the Hot D'Or in Cannes as the Best Beginner Director..
In the 1996 awards of AVN as Male Performer of the Year and Best Couple sex scene video.

Rocco had to shoot the movie Bodyguard, but the lead actress had lost his plane. So Rosa decided to take part only and exclusively if she shooted only with Rocco.
By that day they live together, they are married and now they have a beautiful baby who was born the last 18 of April 1996 in Rome: his name is LORENZO !!!
